Principal

Curtis is a 2001 graduate of Auburn University with a BS degree in Civil Engineering. Curtis has over 23 years of experience in all aspects of site planning, civil land development design, project management and permitting. Curtis has experience with a wide variety of project types including Higher Education, K-12, Athletic Facilities, Commercial, Industrial, Single Family Residential and Multi-Family Residential as well as stormwater and utility infrastructure projects with construction budgets exceeding $150 Million. In addition to traditional civil consultant role, Curtis has an extensive experience in the prime consultant role working for various private developers, municipalities, higher education and K-12 clients and assembling project teams to deliver ground up projects with construction budgets exceeding $30 million. Curtis is a natural problem solver who is comfortable looking outside the box when necessary to find solutions for challenges that arise on projects from concept through construction.
